I am blessed with the greatest gift of all- LIFE. Oh God, it takes a lifetime to understand just the meaning of Armstrong's words: "I see trees of green, red roses too/ I see them bloom for me and you / And I think to myself what a wonderful world.
I am deeply grateful to everyone. To my wife, who is the support and inspiration of my life, to my son, who teaches me every day how to become a better person, to my parents and grandparents who guided me and they continue to guide me in this incredible adventure. I thank you with all my heart, to you all. You define who I am today and I will be tomorrow.
Being an artist is very much like being a parent. It means always-lugging things around, living in chaos, doing things that are mysterious, impossible or scary sometimes. Just like children, art can drive you crazy all day, make you wish it all could go away. Then, all of a sudden, at any second, you are redeemed with a moment of intense joy, which is none other than LOVE.
I have always had a strong connection with abstract art, but at the same time, I was probably afraid to express myself in this universal language. I believe that with the years, I managed to overcome this fear and I let myself tamed little by little, same as the fox in Little Prince.
We are constantly in the quest for the undefined ... and not because we want, or we have to do it, it is rather this powerful inner force, which asks our subconscious to continue to look for this '' something '' ... difficult to define, the ultimate truth for some ... or the essence of life ... the soul for others ... or ... the unbearable lightness of being.
I feel a little closer today than yesterday.
